In an effort to the state’s resources into creating jobs in every Alabama County, Rep. Billy Beasley of Clayton has signed on as the chief House sponsor of a proposed constitutional amendment that would set aside monies from the Oil and Gas Trust Fund to improve roads and bridges throughout the state.
